What is magicJack Concierge and how much does it cost?

magicJack Concierge paid premium subscription providing:

  • Account and technical phone support
  • Discounted device replacement costs:
    • Replacement of device within one year: free of charge
    • Replacement of device outside of one year: $17.95 + shipping and handling

$14.99 per year effective from date of purchase, regardless of service term associated with the selected device.

How do I purchase magicJack Concierge?
  1. Log in to the my.magicJack.com portal

  2. Hover over the Account menu, and select Concierge Subscription from the drop-down menu

  3. Under Status, click Buy Subscription

  1. Click Continue to Billing

  2. Enter your billing information

  3. Click Review Order

  4. Click Complete Order

  5. Click the Click Here to Activate button

  6. Read and accept the Terms of Service

  7. Click Activate Service

How do I contact Premium Support?

You can find the phone number to contact Premium Support in your my.magicJack.com portal:

  1. Login to your account at my.magicJack.com
  2. Hover over the Account menu, and select Concierge Subscription from the drop-down menu
  3. The Contact Support column will indicate the Premium Support phone number
How do I know if I have magicJack Concierge service or when it expires?
  1. Login to your account at my.magicJack.com
  2. Hover the Account menu, and select Concierge Subscription from the drop-down menu
  3. The Status column will indicate the status of your subscription, including the expiration date

Are there any limitations?
  • You must agree to the magicJack Concierge Terms of Service in order to activate and utilize the service
  • We reserve the right to terminate your use of magicJack Concierge service in certain extraneous circumstances, including:
    • Intentional misuse
    • Your use of Premium Support is extraordinarily greater than the average magicJack Concierge customer
    • You contact us for greater than four separate issues in any month
    • You contact us more than eight instances in any month
