How do I see the calls made on my device(s)?

You can access your recent call logs online by logging into your account at my.magicJack.com, hover over Account tab and Select Contacts and Call Logs option.

How do I delete or erase the call history?

Via the Desktop App

For individual calls, right-click on the number you wish to remove and select Remove. To remove all calls, right-click on any number and select Removal All Calls.

 On the magicApp

Delete as you would your cell phone call log.

How do I cancel additional year(s) of paid service?

You may terminate your use of magicJack at any time. Unused subscriptions are not refundable.

To disable Auto Renewal for your magicJack Device subscription:

  1. Login to my.magicJack.com
  2. Hover on 'Account' tab
  3. Click on 'AutoRenew'
  4. Toggle the Auto Renew button to select 'OFF'
